Emily Mistry
Yoga & Wellness.
Welcome I’m Emily Mistry, a Scaravelli-inspired yoga teacher offering mindful, heart-led practices rooted in softness, nature, and somatic awareness.
Welcome, I’m Emily I’m a yoga teacher, Human Design reader, and soon-to-be somatic therapist.
Everything I share comes from my own journey of learning how to slow down, listen to my body, and find a way of living that feels softer, safer, and more true to who I am.
My classes and 1:1 sessions are slow, somatic, intuitive, and very heart-led. I guide you back into your body, back into a sense of safety, and back into the parts of yourself you may have learned to override or rush past. Whether it’s through mindful movement, breathwork, nervous-system work, or Human Design, my intention is always the same: to create a space where you feel supported, grounded, and genuinely seen.
Alongside teaching, I’m training in somatic therapy so I can hold space for deeper emotional and nervous-system healing. This work lights me up, and it shapes everything I offer — from my cosy home-studio sessions to my local classes in Hatfield Heath to online Human Design readings you can join from anywhere.
This isn’t just yoga or wellness to me. It’s about honouring your body’s wisdom, creating more ease in your life, and finding your way back to self-love, one gentle moment at a time. 💛

Yoga for every body and every mind

Local Classes
Yoga today is often shown as perfect poses, matching outfits and extreme flexibility. For me, yoga is a spiritual practice rooted in Hinduism. It’s about presence, compassion and coming home to yourself. My classes focus on connection, not perfection.

Frequently asked questions
A few things you might be wondering before joining.
My classes are slow, mindful, and deeply guided by the breath. Each session focuses on gentle, intuitive movement designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and help you reconnect with your body. There is spaciousness within the practice — time to pause, sense, and move in a way that truly honours where you are.
This is a work, not a workout. Rather than pushing or striving, we soften and allow the breath to lead. The practice is somatic, placing emphasis on how movement feels in your body rather than how it looks.
Classes are suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced — only open to slowing down, listening inward, and cultivating a sense of calm and grounding.
No prior yoga experience is needed. My classes are accessible, supportive, and guided with care. You’re encouraged to move at your own pace and listen to your body.
You can book via Gymcatch when sessions are listed, or reach out directly through WhatsApp or email if you’d like guidance choosing the right option.
